Our gastroenterology ELISA portfolio provides specialized in vitro diagnostic assays for the investigation of celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), autoimmune gastritis, pancreatic disorders, and Helicobacter pylori-associated conditions.
The portfolio includes serological ELISA assays for detecting disease-associated IgA and IgG antibodies against tissue transglutaminase, deamidated gliadin peptides, Saccharomyces cerevisiae antigens (ASCA), and glycoprotein 2 (GP2). Additional assays detect antibodies against gastric parietal cells and intrinsic factor, supporting the diagnostic work-up of autoimmune gastritis. A stool-based ELISA for H. pylori antigen complements the portfolio.
Designed for standard microplate workflows, the assays support efficient single-marker analysis in routine laboratories. Ready-to-use or optimized reagents, standardized protocols, and qualitative or quantitative result interpretation—depending on the assay—enable reliable integration into gastroenterology diagnostics.
