Manual Assays

Vasculitis is an autoimmune disease characterized by inflammation of the blood vessels. It can affect different organ systems and often presents with non-specific clinical symptoms. Reliable diagnostics are therefore essential for accurate classification and differentiation of the disease.

Autoantibodies play a central role in serological testing. In particular, ANCA (anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies) and anti-GBM antibodies provide important diagnostic information in systemic vasculitis and autoimmune kidney diseases.

Our portfolio includes high-quality manual indirect immunofluorescence (IFA) assays for the targeted detection of relevant autoantibodies. These tests support the diagnosis of ANCA-associated vasculitis, Goodpasture syndrome, and other systemic autoimmune diseases. They deliver reliable, reproducible, and clearly interpretable results for routine laboratory use.
