Infectiology

The conventional EmA IFA uses monkey esophagus tissue sections to detect IgA antibodies against endomysium. The CytoBead® CeliAK assay combines these sections with fluorescent beads coated with tissue transglutaminase (tTG), deamidated gliadin (DG), and anti-human IgA, enabling simultaneous assessment of multiple markers on a single slide.
