To strengthen our Research & Development team, we are currently seeking a

Scientific Employee for Research & Development of IVD Products (m/f/d)

Your new responsibilities

  • • Planning and execution of scientific development work in the laboratory

  • • Documentation and evaluation of development results

  • • Collection of performance data for in vitro diagnostic products

  • • Understanding and implementation of international standards, preferably CLSI guidelines

  • • Preparation and maintenance of Design History Files

  • • Design transfer of new developments and support of product launches

Your qualifications

  • • Successfully completed scientific education or university degree in biology, chemistry,

  •   or biochemistry

  • • Professional experience in the development department of a

  •   diagnostics company or a diagnostic laboratory is desirable

  • • Independent, structured, and organized way of thinking and working

  • • Understanding of scientific literature

  • • Hands-on mentality

  • • Ability to work well in a team

  • • Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of statistical software (e.g., MedCalc) desirable

  • • Basic understanding of statistics programs (e.g., MedCalc, etc.)

  • • Fluency in spoken and written German as well as good command of scientific English

Quality Management Officer (m/f/d)

Your new role:

  • • Implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/746 (IVDR)

  • • Building knowledge of IVDR requirements, with a focus on in-house in vitro diagnostics (IVDs)

  • • Participation in the implementation of IVDR requirements for the manufacturing and use of

  •   in-house IVDs (methods/devices/software)

  • • Supporting departments in evaluating existing validation data and developing strategies to

  •  demonstrate the clinical performance of in-house IVDs

  • • Participation in central quality management according to DIN EN ISO 13485

  • • Assisting departments in structured documentation of performance evaluation

  • • Support during internal and external audits

Your profile:

  • • Completed commercial or technical training as BTA, CTA, CBTA, or a

  •   comparable qualification, along with relevant QM training

  • • Qualification as an internal and/or external auditor

  • • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position

  • • Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs

  • • Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 13485 and DIN EN ISO 9001

  • • Basic knowledge of in vitro diagnostics regulations (IVDR)

  • • Excellent written and spoken German and English

  • • Team player with enthusiasm for the role

  • • Laboratory experience is an advantage

Biological Technical Assistant (m/f/d)

or a comparable qualification for our location in Blankenfelde-Mahlow / OT Dahlewitz.

Your new tasks

  • • Manufacture of in-vitro test kits
  • • Preparation of required reagents and solutions according to specifications, including their
  •   adjustment
  • • Performing immunoassays, evaluating them using computer software, and documenting them
  •   in manufacturing records (similar to GMP)
  • • With growing experience, you will contribute to production organization, including planning
  •   next steps, managing inventory, and checking raw materials

What you bring

  • • Completed training as a BTA, CTA, CBTA, MTA, laboratory technician, or bachelor/
  •   biotechnology degree
  • • Confident handling of MS Office
  • • Independent, clean, and structured work style
  • • Ability to work well in a production team
  • • Good to very good German language skills
  • • At least two years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field
