To strengthen our production team in ELISA and Line/Dot Assay production, we are looking for a:
Biological-Technical Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
for our location in Blankenfelde-Mahlow / OT Dahlewitz.
Your New Responsibilities
- • Production of in-vitro test kits (especially ELISA and LINE/Dot assays)
- • Preparation of required reagents and solutions according to specifications and their adjustment
- • Performing immunoassays, computer-based evaluation, and documentation in manufacturing protocols (similar to GMP)
- • With increasing experience, involvement in production organization, including planning next steps, managing inventory, and checking raw materials
What You Bring
- • Completed training as a BTA, CTA, CBTA, MTA, laboratory technician, or Bachelor’s degree/Biotechnology specialist
- • Proficiency in MS Office applications
- • Independent, precise, and structured working style
- • Teamwork skills, as required in a production team environment
- • Good to very good German language skills
- • At least two years of professional experience in the relevant field

Your New Position:
Employee for Production and Technical Service of In Vitro Diagnostic Systems (m/f/d)
- • Incoming and functional inspection of devices and device components
- • Assembly of in vitro diagnostic devices
- • Preparation and implementation of quality control for automation
- • Manual or automated processing of immunofluorescence slides
- • Documentation of device production
- • Technical customer service, business travel
- • Conducting demonstrations and customer training
- • Writing SOPs and test protocols
- • Development activities and documentation
Your Profile:
- • Completed training or degree in biotechnology/natural sciences, as a BTA, or comparable
- • Reliable, precise, and independent working style
- • Willingness to travel for business appointments domestically and internationally
- • Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
- • Strong team player
