To strengthen our automation team, we are looking for a
Automation and Technical Service Technician for in vitro diagnostic systems (m/f/d)
for our location in Blankenfelde-Mahlow / OT Dahlewitz.
Your new role:
- Incoming and functional inspection of devices and device components
- Assembly, calibration and packaging of in vitro diagnostic devices
- Preparation and execution of quality control
- Documentation of device production
- Technical customer service, business travel to customers
- Conducting demonstrations and customer training sessions
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a technician, BTA or equivalent / or a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical subject
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Technical understanding
- A reliable, precise and structured approach to work
- Willingness to travel for business appointments both domestically and abroad
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English
- Ability to work as part of a team

Office Administrator – Accounting & Administration (m/f/d)
for our location in Blankenfelde-Mahlow / OT Dahlewitz.
Your new role
Financial Accounting
- Transferring incoming and outgoing invoices from the ERP system into DATEV
- Bank account entries and bank transfers
- Reconciliation of accounts, checking open items, issuing reminders
- Submitting VAT and ZM returns to the tax office
- Financial accounting reports, etc.
- Travel expense claims
- Liaising with the external payroll department Administration
- Monitoring and recording project-related costs for staff, materials, external services, etc.
- Monthly or quarterly processing of payment requests and funding calls
- Preparing the financial breakdown of expenditure for interim and final expenditure reports
What you bring to the role
- A completed apprenticeship in accounting or business administration, or an equivalent qualification
- At least two years’ professional experience
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Accuracy, patience and good communication skills
- A strong aptitude for working with numbers
- Knowledge of preparing business reports
- Confidence in using accounting software
- Analytical skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Good knowledge of DATEV would be an advantage
- A sense of responsibility

Biological Technical Assistant (m/f/d)
or a comparable qualification for our location in Blankenfelde-Mahlow / OT Dahlewitz.
Your new tasks
- Manufacture of in-vitro test kits
- Preparation of required reagents and solutions according to specifications, including their adjustment
- Performing immunoassays, evaluating them using computer software, and documenting them in manufacturing records (similar to GMP)
- With growing experience, you will contribute to production organization, including planning next steps, managing inventory, and checking raw materials
What you bring
- Completed training as a BTA, CTA, CBTA, MTA, laboratory technician, or bachelor/biotechnology degree
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Independent, clean, and structured work style
- Ability to work well in a production team
- Good to very good German language skills
- At least two years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field
