International Sales Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your responsibilities:

• As a Global Key Account Manager you are responsible in the first line to reach and increase sales targets in your assigned regions and to further build and support our presence for all our products in key markets globally
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in line with the company strategy
• Conduct of market and competitor analysis on a regular basis
• Product management tasks for our rapid test (POC) product lines (FCP, FCP20 and NutriSMART)
• Provide input and support for R&D in the continuous product development process
• Provide continuous support (e.g. training, guidance) for our distributors
• Participation in exhibitions, workshops and customer meetings

Your qualifications

• University degree of either natural sciences, biology or medical technology; additional business degree or qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum of three years experience in the medical device industry (ideally in IVD)
• Experience in sales and product management
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong focus on sales and customers; awareness of different cultural sensitivities and an open mind to deal with customers of all kind of educational levels
• High degree of analytical thinking and motivation, you are a team player
• High level of proficiency in English language skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel up to 40%

Your new position

Performance of ELISAs, RIAs, Immunodots, Line Immuno Assays, IFAs as well as rapid tests for quality control (QC) purposes
Preparation of QC protocols and certificates of analysis (CoAs)
Execution and documentation of progress and/or final controls of in-house productions
Performance and documentation of interlaboratory tests
Evaluation of data and kits after customer complaints
Performance of progress controls as well as testing of reserve samples
Documentation, checking and maintenance of results in the electronic laboratory information system
Assumption of instrument responsibility incl. maintenance of instrument logbooks

What you bring with you

Completed training as BTA, CTA, CBTA, MTA, laboratory technician or bachelor/biotechnician
Work experience in the field of immunological test methods is an advantage
Confident handling of MS-Office
An independent and structured way of working

Your new position

You are a team player with strong communication skills and have a degree in computer science, medical technology with a focus on imaging or a comparable qualification
You are familiar with the terms pattern recognition, segmentation and image processing
You already have experience as a software developer, ideally in medical imaging, and therefore have knowledge of the programming languages C++ and Python
You have basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and neural networks
Your profile is rounded off by your analytical and fast comprehension skills, a hands-on mentality and good English skills

– Communication with our international partners
– Preparation and maintenance of regulatory documents
– Identification of regulatory requirement (research laws, regulations, directives, standards)
– Verification of the implementation of regulatory requirements (existence and quality of verification documents)
– Communication and cooperation with external entities that verify the implementation of regulatory requirements (authorities, notified bodies)
– Creation of procedures for various processes (e.g. quality management, risk management, vigilance, product management etc.)
– Evaluation and assessment of laboratory results, clinical data and publications
– Conduct and support internal and external audits

What you bring with you

Your new position

– Implementation of the requirements by the regulation (EU) 2017/746 (IVDR).
– Knowledge building on the requirements of the IVDR with focus on in-house in vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices
– Contribute to the implementation of the IVDR requirements for the manufacture and use of in-house IVDs (methods/devices/software)
– Support of the departments in the evaluation of existing validation data and development of strategies to demonstrate the clinical performance of in-house IVDs
– Collaboration in central quality management (DIN EN ISO 13485, DIN EN ISO 9001)
– Accompanying the departments in the structured documentation of the performance evaluation
– Conduct and support internal and external audits

What you bring with you

– Completed commercial or technical training as a BTA, CTA, CBTA or a comparable degree as well as relevant QM – qualification.
– Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
– Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN ISO 13485:2016
– Basic knowledge of the regulations for in vitro diagnostics (IVDR)
– Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
– Ability to work in a team and enjoy the task
– Laboratory experience is an advantage

Produktionshilfstätigkeiten bei allen Prozessen zur Herstellung unser Diagnostikparameter:
– Herstellung und Abfüllen von Puffern und Lösungen
– Kartuschenabfüllung
– Einschweißen von Mikrotiterplatten und Objektträgern
– Produktionsvorbereitung der Röhrchenbeschichtung
– Warenannahme
– Temperaturüberwachung
– Überprüfung des Rohstofflagers
– Dokumentation von Produktionsschritten
