Payment and Delivery Terms

All prices are in EURO (€) only. MEDIPAN GmbH will deliver EX WORKS.

Payment terms are prepayment (payment in advance) unlike other written agreements.

Insurance, handling and shipping costs are not included. So transport costs have to be added to the invoice. Your own courier accounts will be accepted.

If any consignment should be damaged during transport, the buyer will be responsible to collect the claims from the forwarding agent, the transport company or the insurance company.

All fees, duties, taxes and other charges occurring with the sales and use of the purchased goods are at the expense of the buyer.
