Diese Antik\u00f6rper sind entscheidend f\u00fcr die Diagnose von <strong data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"568\">Morbus Basedow (Graves\u2019 disease)<\/strong> und anderen autoimmunen Schilddr\u00fcsenerkrankungen. Mit dem <strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"652\">ein-Schritt-Verfahren<\/strong> wurde die Inkubationszeit auf nur <strong data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"702\">120 Minuten<\/strong> reduziert, w\u00e4hrend die diagnostische Sensitivit\u00e4t und Spezifit\u00e4t erhalten bleibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Assay verwendet <strong data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"846\">rekombinante humane TSH-Rezeptoren<\/strong> als Antigen und erm\u00f6glicht die <strong data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"914\">quantitative Bestimmung von TRAb<\/strong> in IU\/L. Die Reagenzien sind gebrauchsfertig, farbcodiert und barcodiert, was eine einfache Handhabung in Routine-Laboren sicherstellt. Der Test wird bei Raumtemperatur durchgef\u00fchrt und kann sowohl manuell als auch auf automatisierten Plattformen eingesetzt werden. Zudem erfolgt die Kalibrierung gem\u00e4\u00df dem internationalen Standard NIBSC Code 08\/204, wodurch eine hohe Vergleichbarkeit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der Ergebnisse gew\u00e4hrleistet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klinische Relevanz und diagnostische Unterst\u00fctzung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Bestimmung von TRAb ist klinisch relevant, da Morbus Basedow zu einer \u00dcberfunktion der Schilddr\u00fcse (Hyperthyreose) und zu einer Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung der Schilddr\u00fcse (Goiter) f\u00fchrt. Frauen sind h\u00e4ufiger betroffen als M\u00e4nner, und die Ursachen umfassen genetische, virale, umweltbedingte und stressbedingte Faktoren. Typische Symptome der Hyperthyreose reichen von Nervosit\u00e4t, Tremor, Tachykardie und Schlafst\u00f6rungen bis zu Gewichtsverlust, Hitzeintoleranz, Schwitzen, Osteoporose und Menstruationsst\u00f6rungen. Eine vergr\u00f6\u00dferte Schilddr\u00fcse kann zus\u00e4tzlich Schluckbeschwerden und Druckgef\u00fchl im Hals verursachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"1990\">SELco\u00ae TRAb human 1 step<\/strong> unterst\u00fctzt die Diagnose, indem er die Anwesenheit von TRAb nachweist. Diese Antik\u00f6rper stimulieren die Jodaufnahme und die Produktion von Schilddr\u00fcsenhormonen T3 und T4. In F\u00e4llen, in denen TRAb nicht nachweisbar sind, kann die Bestimmung von Anti-TPO und Anti-Tg-Antik\u00f6rpern die Diagnose erg\u00e4nzen.
