Die Studie zeigt, dass eine <strong>aPL-Positivit\u00e4t<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>unabh\u00e4ngig von APS oder SLE<\/strong> \u2013 ein <strong>starker Pr\u00e4diktor f\u00fcr die Langzeitmortalit\u00e4t und erneute Krankenhausaufnahmen<\/strong> ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese am Sheba Medical Center (Israel) gewonnenen Erkenntnisse haben entscheidende Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheitssysteme, in denen aPL-Tests zunehmend als wichtiges Instrument zur Risikobewertung bei Autoimmun- und thrombotischen Erkrankungen anerkannt werden<sup data-fn=\"74817f87-0d7a-4083-8cd7-c8df6ff242d1\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#74817f87-0d7a-4083-8cd7-c8df6ff242d1\" id=\"74817f87-0d7a-4083-8cd7-c8df6ff242d1-link\">1<\/a><\/sup>. Die Forscher untersuchten fast 5.000 Patienten ohne APS oder SLE unter Verwendung klassischer aPL-ELISAs, wie sie in den Klassifikationskriterien empfohlen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udccc Wichtigste Ergebnisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Anti-Cardiolipin-IgG<\/strong> und <strong>Lupus-Antikoagulans (LA)<\/strong> zeigten den <strong>st\u00e4rksten Zusammenhang mit der Mortalit\u00e4t, unabh\u00e4ngig von einer APS- oder SLE-Diagnose, einer thrombotischen Vorgeschichte oder anderen Komorbidit\u00e4ten<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auch IgM-aPL mit <strong>niedrigem Titer<\/strong> (Anti-\u03b22GPI, Anti-Cardiolipin) standen mit einer <strong>erh\u00f6hten Mortalit\u00e4t<\/strong> in Zusammenhang, was die traditionellen Klassifizierungskriterien in Frage stellt, die IgM-Antik\u00f6rper oft unterbewerte<sup data-fn=\"6728173f-b163-40b7-9f24-4a12b540cc9d\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#6728173f-b163-40b7-9f24-4a12b540cc9d\" id=\"6728173f-b163-40b7-9f24-4a12b540cc9d-link\">2<\/a><\/sup><sup data-fn=\"b206066d-5566-4647-a05b-28a471bc710b\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#b206066d-5566-4647-a05b-28a471bc710b\" id=\"b206066d-5566-4647-a05b-28a471bc710b-link\">3<\/a><\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Thrombotische Ereignisse konnten das Risiko nicht erkl\u00e4ren<\/strong>, was auf nicht-<strong>thrombotische Mechanismen<\/strong> hindeutet (z. J\u00fcngste Studien zeigen zudem, dass einige aPLs direkt an Zielmolek\u00fcle auf der Zelloberfl\u00e4che binden, wie beispielsweise den EPCR\/LBPA-Komplex \u2013 wobei LBPA ein Phospholipid ist, das strukturell Phosphatidylglycerin und Cardiolipin \u00e4hnelt \u2013, und dass Statine diese Bindung m\u00f6glicherweise hemmen<sup data-fn=\"2cfb06f5-cb1b-44a5-abd7-a50ff3cca8a8\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#2cfb06f5-cb1b-44a5-abd7-a50ff3cca8a8\" id=\"2cfb06f5-cb1b-44a5-abd7-a50ff3cca8a8-link\">5<\/a><\/sup>.
