Juni 1940 an systemischer Sklerose verstarb. Die Bekanntheit dieses Tages unterst\u00fctzt die fr\u00fchzeitige Erkennung von Sklerodermie und st\u00e4rkt das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr Autoimmunerkrankungen1<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sklerodermie, auch als systemische Sklerose<\/strong> bekannt, ist eine seltene Autoimmunerkrankung, die durch Verh\u00e4rtung und Straffung der Haut und des Bindegewebes gekennzeichnet ist. Sie kann nicht nur die Haut, sondern auch Organe wie Lunge, Herz, Nieren und Verdauungssystem betreffen. Obwohl die genaue Ursache noch unbekannt ist, ist eine \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Kollagenproduktion beteiligt, die zu Gewebefibrose und Gef\u00e4\u00dfver\u00e4nderungen f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Klinische Untersuchung und Symptome<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Der erste Schritt beinhaltet oft eine gr\u00fcndliche k\u00f6rperliche Untersuchung, die sich auf Hautver\u00e4nderungen wie Verdickung, Straffung und Farbver\u00e4nderungen konzentriert. \u00c4rzte bewerten auch Symptome wie das Raynaud-Ph\u00e4nomen (eine Erkrankung, bei der Finger und Zehen als Reaktion auf K\u00e4lte oder Stress die Farbe \u00e4ndern), Gelenkschmerzen und Schluckbeschwerden.<\/p>\n\n\n

Bluttests:<\/strong> Verschiedene Bluttests unterst\u00fctzen die Diagnose. Antinukle\u00e4re Antik\u00f6rper (ANA) sind bei Sklerodermie-Patienten h\u00e4ufig positiv, jedoch nicht spezifisch. Spezifischere Antik\u00f6rper sind Anti-Centromer-Antik\u00f6rper (CENP), die oft mit begrenzter kutaner Sklerodermie assoziiert sind, sowie Anti-Scl-70 (Topoisomerase I)-Antik\u00f6rper, die mit diffuser systemischer Sklerose und schwererer Erkrankung verbunden sind.2<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weitere Tests k\u00f6nnen Bildgebung zur Beurteilung der Organbeteiligung, Lungenfunktionstests zur Erkennung einer fr\u00fchen Lungenerkrankung und Hautbiopsien zur Best\u00e4tigung der Diagnose umfassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
